Does it cost anything to contact an author? No. Requests are free. Prices, fees and delivery are agreed directly between you and the author.

Who can see my request? Only you, the author and the site admin. Requests are never public.

How fast do authors reply? Most reply within a few days. You get an email as soon as they accept or decline, and you can check the status in your account.

Can I buy books here? Yes. Books are sold as PDFs. You pay once and can download them again any time from your library.

For authors

How do I join? Create an account, confirm your email and complete your profile. Then choose a plan. New profiles are reviewed before they go live.

How do I get paid for book sales? Your earnings collect in your dashboard. Request a payout to PayPal any time your balance is over the minimum.

Can I change or cancel my plan? Yes, any time. If you cancel, your profile stays live until the end of the period you paid for.
